TheDriveGroup have partnered with a large Australian brand who are going through a huge Payroll Transformation. This is for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team to look at functional design and system configuration specification and validation. Look at business processes, requirements, and procedure definition. This will be a 2 year Transformation offering support to a Senior BA who will also offer mentorship. To be successful you MUST HAVE: Business Analyst experience Payroll Transformation experience - MUST HAVE Functional Design and system configuration Change Management exposure Working with Vendors Strong documentation, requirement gathering Strong stakeholder management This role will be a 12month rolling contract working in a hybrid working environment. It would be great to have a coachable mindset where you can develop in your career and may even offer a chance to move into a permanent position. There will be a two stage interview process and will require a background check.
