Pay & Benefits Qualified Chef • $70,000 salary super F&B / All-Rounder • Casual rate $32.31 p/h penalties Accommodation • $240 per week total ($120 per person) • Own private rooms in a self-contained two-bedroom unit Requirements • Current Food Handlers Certificate, or willingness to obtain one • Chef must be confident and fast-paced on pans and grill • Sponsorship is not available for these positions • Immediate start preferred • 6-month commitment Chef Responsibilities • Prepare and cook a wide range of bistro and à la carte meals across two busy outlets • Breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts • Assist with functions, events, and special occasions • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team • Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and safety standards • Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment F&B / All-Rounder Responsibilities (Some split shifts may apply — flexibility across departments is essential.) • Provide exceptional service in a busy public bar • Take orders, clear tables, serve drinks, run meals • Assist with stock rotation, unpacking, and fridge restocking • Maintain clean and tidy work areas (wiping tables, bins, sweeping/mopping) • Follow direction from management • Support other departments as required Other Location Perks • Daily flights from Darwin or Cairns • Telstra mobile coverage available • Access via 4WD roads • A unique coastal community offering fishing, sunsets, and a relaxed lifestyle If you’re a hardworking couple ready for an unforgettable NT experience, we’d love to hear from you.
