MM Security is expanding into the Northern Territory - and we’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfilment Lead to establish and run a brand-new Darwin Fulfilment Centre. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You’ll set up the site, run day-to-day operations, and make sure our customers and national branches get fast, accurate and reliable service. What You’ll Do Set up and run the new Darwin Fulfilment Centre Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch orders across Darwin & NT Complete two delivery runs per day Keep stock accurate and the warehouse tidy, safe and compliant Work with couriers, freight partners and MM Security branches Look for smarter, faster ways to move stock, and serve customers What You Bring Solid warehouse experience Strong initiative - confident working solo and making decisions High attention to detail and safety focus Customer-friendly, organised and reliable Comfortable dealing with couriers/freight Computer savvy with an understanding of basic warehouse systems Why MM Security?
