Your new role: Based at Greentech Newcastle, you will be responsible for ensuring goods are received from suppliers on time and undamaged. The role will assist with loading and unloading of products, the safe and timely delivery to our customers and various branch activities as required. Full time role based in Beresfield, NSW. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting same-day, local deliveries and return runs Safely loading and unloading goods at customer and supplier sites Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring items are properly packaged and ready for shipment. Receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring they are undamaged and match the orders placed. Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time, maintaining high efficiency and customer satisfaction. Perform various ad-hoc duties around the branch as needed to support smooth operations. What you’ll need to succeed: This role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, where exceptional common sense and teamwork are essential. To be successful in this position, you will: Experience working in a warehousing, retail or customer service environment. Team player who can also work independently, with a proactive, hands-on attitude. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Committed to long-term career growth and willing to contribute across all business areas. A willingness to pitch in across all areas of the business. A strong understanding of safe manual handling techniques. Drivers licence with good driving history (essential).
