An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to join an established not-for-profit aged care provider based in ACT. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day clinical, operational and financial management of a medium sized aged care facility. You’ll drive financial performance by maintaining high occupancy rates, implementing effective workforce planning, and working closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care.
