The position requirements include, but are not limited to: Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures and programs Maintaining HSE documentation, compliance records and ISO certification requirements Coordinating HSE inductions, training activities and site communications Assisting with risk management, including JSAs, SWMS, assessments and contractor compliance Supporting incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions and routine safety inspections To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: Previous experience in an HSE coordination or support role (manufacturing desirable) Strong understanding of HSEQ systems, processes and legislative requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels High attention to detail, strong organisation and a proactive, self-driven approach Graduates with exposure to manufacturing and a strong interest in building a career in OH&S are also encouraged to apply On Offer Day shift hours, Monday to Friday, $85K super We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
