About your role As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll deliver advanced physiotherapy services within a highly skilled interprofessional team. In this role you will: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services across a varied and complex caseload. Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship to HP3 clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants. Lead and contribute to service improvement, research, and innovation initiatives. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal, patient-centred outcomes. Support safe, effective discharge planning and continuity of care. Participate in weekend and on-call physiotherapy service delivery. About you You're a skilled and motivated physiotherapist with strong clinical reasoning and leadership capabilities. You will have: Advanced clinical skills and experience in complex physiotherapy service delivery. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams. Initiative in leading or contributing to research, quality improvement, or service development projects. Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA). Availability to work weekend and extended shifts (Friday-Monday) and attend weekday orientation/training as needed. Ability to commit to the manual handling requirements of this role.
