Over the next couple of years, we're hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services A bit about the role Your purpose as a Packaging Designer is to create beautiful and sustainable packaging that delights our customers and helps our brand shine. This isn't your average packaging design job. We're looking for someone who can create fun, bold, (and sometimes cheeky!) designs that make a statement. You'll be part of a small but mighty creative Brand Design Team, reporting to the Associate Design Director. This is a remote-first position, but since the rest of the global creative team is located in Australia, you'll need to be based there as well. If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in Working on a new product launch, from the first sketch to the final print-ready file. Partnering with the Supply Chain team to make sure your designs are ready for production. Jumping on a call with the marketing and digital teams to ensure our packaging designs are consistent with all our other brand touch points. Tackling a design challenge that just came up, like a color issue or a file error. Presenting your latest packaging concepts to the creative team and getting their feedback. Let’s talk about you You're a brilliant creative problem-solver You develop original and innovative packaging concepts that align with the brand’s aesthetic. You are great at anticipating and solving challenges related to packaging production, such as print color and file errors. You are a master of your craft You execute high-quality packaging designs and ensure all your work adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications. You maintain a keen eye for detail in everything you do, from typography to colour. You're a great collaborator You work closely with teams like Supply Chain, Marketing, and Digital Product to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touch points.
