The Jet Co is a residential and commercial pressure washing and painting business. We offer painting solutions so that surfaces are looking brand new! We are looking for a full-time, highly skilled and experienced Painter to join our growing team. You must be professional and have experience working in commercial and residential settings. Please note that this is not a trainee or apprenticeship position so please only apply if you have proven painting experience. The role: As a permanent and full-time Painter, you will be responsible for: Preparing surfaces - after cleaning, ensuring all holes and cracks are properly filled, sanding back when necessary Smoothing and sealing surfaces when necessary Erecting drop sheets, ladders, protective tapes and scaffolding Selecting appropriate primers and sealants Mixing and applying paints using spray guns, rollers and brushes Applying finishes and waterproofing coatings Maintaining a clean work space and adhering to all safety protocol We are looking for someone enthusiastic and ambitious to join our tight knit team.
