About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across various high-profile and critical Australian Defence programs. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, you will ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer's specifications, budget and timeframe requirements. Reporting to regional program directors, your activities will focus on driving the required activity at every stage of the project lifecycle. Day-to-day your tasks may include but not be limited to: coordinating project milestones to align with available resources, measuring team performance against pre-established schedules & budgets, financial reporting for executive review, assisting with bids & proposals and identifying continuous improvement opportunities for future investigation and implementation.
