The Role This is an exciting position within the Information Services branch. The position reports to the Senior Network Administrator and is based in Windsor NSW. The purpose of this position is to support the branch in maintaining, developing, and securing the corporate IT network with a particular focus on Council's desktop and laptop fleet. This includes planning and implementing hardware replacements, testing and integrating systems, maintaining technical documentation, ensuring secure and stable network operations, and providing appropriate user access. The role also contributes to IT Planning, supports team members, works with the IT Help Desk, and assists with problem resolution to ensure reliable and modern IT services across the organisation. About You You demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users. You manage time effectively and work well, delivering under pressure. You take ownership of issues, think clearly and analytically, and stay self-motivated while using initiative to meet deadlines.
