We’re looking for passionate, hands-on people to help us continue making the high-quality products pets and their owners love. What You’ll Do: Firstly, you’ll want to have a love for Manufacturing! Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands-on checks. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations. Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on-time, high-quality production. Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers. What are we looking for? Have an interest in working in Manufacturing! Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change . Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key . Strong problem-solving abilities . High attention to detail .
