As a Senior Consultant in our Private Tax team , you’ll work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients—from large privately owned businesses to high-net-worth family groups and family offices. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver bespoke tax advisory services to privately owned businesses and high-net-worth individuals, building trust and strategic insight. Support clients with growth and succession strategies, enhancing your commercial acumen and influence. Manage tax compliance processes, including preparation and review of returns, sharpening your technical precision. Advise on family business succession and wealth transfer, gaining experience in sensitive, high-impact planning. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and expand your professional network. Mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performing and supportive team culture. What We’re Looking For Relevant tertiary qualifications and CA (completed or in progress). Solid understanding of Australian taxation legislation and accounting standards. Experience in preparing financial statements, income tax returns, and activity statements. A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with legislative changes. Why BDO?
