Team: Home Care/Community Care Hours: Part-time, 0.6-0.8 FTE (3-4 days/week) Pay: $45-$52 per hour (depending on experience, negotiable) Super Benefits: Salary packaging, 0.92c/km reimbursement Your Role: As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will: Manage and complete OT referrals across home and centre-based services Plan and deliver individual or group therapy programs Educate clients on the safe use of aids and equipment Collaborate with and supervise Therapy Assistants Attend multidisciplinary team meetings Travel between sites based on service demands Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with client care plans About You: To thrive in this role, you will have: Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Experience in aged care or community services, ideally supporting clients with dementia Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for delivering person-centred care Ability to relate to clients and share knowledge to foster meaningful change High-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong problem-solving and confident decision-making abilities Capacity to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing priorities Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel across South Metro & Peel region Relevant vaccinations and a current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) WE ARE CONDUCTING IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS SO DON'T WAIT - Click apply now or email your resume to bianca.slimo@zenithsearch.com (no cover letter required).
