We are looking for a Senior Account Director ( 9 months Mat Leave Cover) for growing new and existing client relationships at Akcelo. You will be responsible for leading the development of strategic client growth plans. Pioneering Akcelo’s retail department to ensure we are hitting client objectives across all campaigns. A chance to work with one of the world’s most famous brand, a normal day in the role of the Senior Account Director includes: Ownership of senior client relationships within assigned portfolio Building and growing new and existing client relationships Staying abreast of latest shopper marketing trends globally and locally in QSR Developing strategic client growth plans to exceed revenue targets and broaden service offering Meeting clients regularly to understand business problems, and opportunities Overseeing the successful onboarding of new clients and retention of existing Motivating the Akcelo team around the clients business goals, being an advocate for the client inside the agency Preparing all client presentation decks, scopes and project plans Overseeing the delivery of all work and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment to timings and budget Seeking new opportunities to provide additional services to clients where appropriate including activating the right Akcelo capability to assist the client with any brief that they require, or might require in the future Mentoring, growing and overseeing junior team members as required. To be in the running for this great role, you should have: Demonstrated experience overseeing retail client portfolios within an agency environment Experience in the retail advertising industry, ideally in QSR. Demonstrated deep understanding of the shopper mindset, customer journeys and brand-led retail strategy Champion the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition to conversion to retention.
