Description Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives. Create and manage engaging content for various communication channels, including digital platforms. Support marketing campaigns by providing effective communication materials. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media outlets. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all communications. Provide support in crisis communication and reputation management efforts. Advisory role to senior leaders across multiple departments and business units, driving effective communication strategies supporting business objectives. Profile A successful Communication Specialist should have: Relevant qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies, internal and external. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing industry would be advantageous. Ability to liaise with international teams outside of business hours. Job Offer Competitive salary package ranging from $135,000 to $165,000 AUD plus super. Opportunity to work within a large organisation in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
