Position Overview: Enhanced Lifestyles is looking for a committed and experienced Clinical Nurse to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and delivering training programs for our dedicated support staff, ensuring that our care meets the highest clinical standards and aligns with the needs of those we serve. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers. Key Responsibilities Review and maintain care plans for customers as required. Attend home visits to customers and attend to clinical needs as required. Provide clinical guidance, training and support to our support workers, ensuring best practices are followed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical customer records and documentation. Stay current with advancements in Health Care/NDIS Standard Practices and contribute to the development of best practices within the organisation. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. About You To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing). Unrestricted Current Registration with AHPRA. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (advantage). Demonstrated experience and a passion for working in the NDIS sector. Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role will be an advantage. Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Managing clinical incidents / Audit preparation & participation Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care and training. Knowledge of relevant healthcare and NDIS regulations and guidelines. Flexibility to travel intrastate.
