Since establishing in a small shed in 1992 with about 4 staff, Allclass has gone from strength to strength and now has over 100 employees spread across 6 branches based at Wacol, Brendale, Yandina, Toowoomba, Townsville and Cairns. Allclass is now the authorised dealer for Kubota, and has been Queensland's 1 selling mini excavator dealership for over 25 years in a row. Allclass sell and service machinery and has business divisions covering construction, agricultural and power equipment. It has a wide selection of products such as mini excavators, skid steer loaders, wheel loaders, tractors, mowers, RTV utility vehicles, and much more. Allclass has enormous reach across Queensland, selling well over 1,800 items of machinery last year. Allclass have plans to continue to expand this reach and as part of its growth strategy is looking for experienced, highly motivated and skilled individuals to take on Motor Mechanics roles within our businesses based in Wacol (Brisbane). To be considered, applicants must have a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent and at least 2 years' demonstrated experience in servicing and repairing light vehicles. The Motor Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and conducting fault-finding on Allclass's fleet of work vehicles, forklifts, and workshop plant/equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with company and legislative standards. When not undertaking fleet maintenance, this role will support the Service Team by completing pre-delivery builds and fit-ups for Kubota and Merlo machinery. This includes assembly, accessory fitment, quality assurance, and preparing machines for customer delivery. This role is essential to ensuring Allclass maintains a safe, compliant, and reliable fleet while improving workshop efficiency and supporting customer satisfaction through high-quality pre-delivery work. Duties include : Service, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles, forklifts, generators, and workshop equipment. Complete diagnostics, safety checks, logbook servicing, and compliance requirements. Carry out pre-delivery builds on new machines, fitting accessories and completing QA checks. Support vehicle and machinery movement around the yard and for roadworthy inspections. Maintain accurate service records and uphold WHS, safety, and housekeeping standards. Assist with improvements to service processes, technology, and fleet development. Work collaboratively with service teams and communicate safety concerns promptly. Provide support across branches during peak periods or staff absences. To be considered for these opportunities, you should also have : Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Experience in preventative maintenance programs. Ability to work across a wide variety of equipment types. Forklift licence or willingness to obtain. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and workplace organisation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience working with forklifts, small engines, or workshop equipment. Experience with agricultural or construction machinery (Kubota/Merlo ideal but not required). HR/MR licence (advantageous). Familiarity with dealership systems and pre-delivery processes. Hold a current QLD driver's licence Experience with Kubota machinery would be highly regarded but is not a necessity.
