The Role: We are looking for an ambitious and exceptionally organised graduate, or up-and-commer to join us as a Graduate Project Manager, supporting the Head of Technical in leading our Design, Installation, and Service operations. This is not an administrative assistant role. It is a rare, career-accelerating position designed for a high-potential early-career, project management professional who wants exposure to strategic operations inside a global cleantech company. You will act as a “force multiplier” —managing priorities, streamlining communication, coordinating projects, and providing the operational clarity that enables the Head of Technical to focus on strategy and growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the Head of Technical with strategic planning, prioritisation, and operational coordination Preparing meeting agendas, capturing technical minutes, and rigorously following up on action items for Design and Install meetings Assisting with the coordination and tracking of Solar, Battery and EV projects from design through to commissioning Compiling weekly technical reports covering installation performance, project progress, and service ticket volumes Building strong cross-functional relationships with engineers, designers and installation teams About You: Recent graduate or early-career professional in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable, Civil) or Project Management Entry-level candidates are welcome. Internships in construction, infrastructure, engineering or corporate environments will be highly regarded Highly organised, structured, and detail-driven Confident, well-presented, and able to represent the Head of Technical professionally Strong with spreadsheets and comfortable learning new systems quickly Driven, proactive, and eager to build a career in Project Management or Technical Leadership Resilient, with the interpersonal skills to influence and follow up with diverse teams Why Join 1KOMMA5°?
