Grappa Hospitality Pty Ltd, located in Neutral Bay NSW 2089 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s standards. Select, handle and manage food ingredients and supplies. Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes. Maintain clean and hygienic work areas in line with food safety regulations. Organise and plan daily kitchen operations. Manage portion sizes and minimise food waste. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at all times. About you: Minimum of one year of experience as a Chef. Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices and safe food handling. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
