This includes: Leading, mentoring, and coaching educators in curriculum planning and implementation Supporting and observing practice on the floor (15 hours per week spent on the floor) Ensuring curriculum aligns with the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS and Aspire’s Grow, Learn & Connect philosophy Driving reflective practice, documentation quality, and continuous improvement Collaborating closely with the Centre Manager and Assistant Manager Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the local community Empowering educators to deliver high-quality, child-led programs Supporting QIP development and centre-wide improvement goals What We’re Looking For ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Previous experience as an Educational Leader or strong capability to step into the role A positive, proactive attitude and strong mentoring skills Confidence and experience supporting educators by observing practice Sound understanding of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organisational skills and commitment to best practice Current WWCC, Police Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training Our Commitment to Child Safety & Inclusion Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is committed to child safety, well-being, participation, empowerment, and cultural safety for all children—including those with disabilities and from culturally diverse backgrounds.
