About the Orthopaedic Department Join a dynamic Orthopaedic Department servicing approximately 180,000 people, in addition to interstate and international visitors. The department performs around 2,300 theatre procedures annually, including 1,500 emergency procedures. The Outpatients Department sees around 80 patients in the Fracture Clinic and 50 new Orthopaedic patients weekly. This role provides a unique opportunity to enhance your orthopaedic expertise, develop skills, and contribute significantly to patient care as part of a collaborative team. Deliver, develop, and maintain efficient and equitable clinical services to hospital clients. Contribute to continuous improvement in medical education and knowledge sharing with staff and clients.
