Learning cutting, grinding, measuring, welding, and general metalwork techniques. Supporting tradespeople in welding frames, bracketry, and custom components. Reading and interpreting basic drawings with increasing accuracy as skills develop. Preparing work areas, tools, and materials for fabrication tasks. Ability to work structured hours Monday to Friday (6am–4pm), with potential overtime. Physically fit and able to perform workshop tasks: lifting, standing, grinding, welding.
