Underground Drill Fitter Roster - 2:2 Pay Rates - $80.00 - $95.00 POH - Perth, FIFO MMFS are seeking experienced and motivated HD Fitters / Drill Fitters for underground mining operations. responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of a range of OEM mobile mining equipment in a high-paced underground environment. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on mobile mining equipment Respond to breakdowns and carry out fault finding and repairs underground Maintain high equipment availability and reliability Support and collaborate with the site maintenance team Preferred Qualifications & Experience Trade qualified Heavy-Duty Diesel Fitter (Australian-recognised) 2 - 5 Plus years' experience in underground mining environments Hands-on experience with OEM equipment such as Caterpillar, Atlas Copco, JCB, Normet In-depth knowledge of underground drills and loaders Valid Australian Driver’s Licence First Aid Certificate Working at Heights certification Dangerous Goods Security Card High Risk Work Licences: Dogging and Rigging Automotive Air Conditioning licence Dual Trade (HD Fitter/Auto Electrician) highly advantageous Candidates based in Western Australia preferred Must have full Australian working rights We are an equal opportunity employer.
