About The Founder Our client is a well-established business that provides families with hope, care, and expert support. Located in Windsor, NSW, we provide high-quality therapy for children with neurological, developmental, and sensory-motor needs. The founder is a Paediatric Physiotherapist completing her PhD in sensory-motor assessment. Her mission is simple: help children turn challenges into abilities through evidence-based, compassionate therapy. You’ll be joining a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values professional growth, wellbeing, and genuine collaboration. Why Apply? Great Pay - Between $35 to $40 Per Hour, Plus Super 15–18 hours per week , with scope to increase after 6 months Prime working hours : 4pm–7pm on weekdays when children are available Option to work one full Saturday or Sunday , plus one weekday afternoon (e.g., Tuesday or Friday) Work-from-home flexibility for writing notes and reports (approx. 2 hours per week) Additional mobile/community work available Varied caseload: clinic, school visits, community, groups & telehealth Structured internal training and professional development Support with admin, scheduling and onboarding Close-knit, multidisciplinary environment Free onsite parking Opportunities to grow into increased hours, long-term or permanent roles About the Role You will: Complete high-quality paediatric assessments Provide evidence-based speech pathology interventions Support children with speech, language, fluency, feeding, and communication needs Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, OTs, and other allied health professionals Build meaningful relationships with families Enjoy autonomy and support to develop specialist skills Benefit from a consistent after-school and weekend caseload This role suits an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist, early-career clinician, or new graduate with a passion for working with children.
