Key responsibilities include: Mentoring and developing teaching staff to maintain vocational and industry currency Managing course timetabling, budgets, and planning Ensuring compliance with VET and quality frameworks (SRTOs, VRQA, ESOS) Driving student engagement, satisfaction and retention Collaborating with industry partners to align training with workforce needs Contributing to curriculum innovation and continuous improvement initiatives About You You’re an educator and leader with deep refrigeration trade knowledge, a commitment to vocational learning, and a people-first approach.
