About the Role As part of our skilled team, you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop technical expertise in areas such as: Assembly & Repairs: Work on sub-assemblies, soldering, and troubleshooting. PCB & Components: Learn printed circuit board assembly and component testing. Programming & Testing: Assist with programming and testing of communication units. Product Knowledge: Understand our unique range of products including speakers, microphones, and telephone systems. This is NOT an Electrical Apprenticeship —it’s a specialised electronics pathway designed to set you up for a rewarding career. What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in electronics and technology. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team. Good communication skills. Bonus: Completion of a Cert II in Electrotechnology or similar pre-apprenticeship is highly regarded. What’s in it for You? Training fees covered (TAFE included).
