Employment Type: Full-Time Location: 20 Baretta Road, WANGARA Start Date: Immediate start available Salary: $80,000 Superannuation Key Responsibilities: As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting senior management in achieving business goals. Your duties will include: Managing and overseeing daily office operations, systems, and procedures. Coordinating administrative staff and ensuring workload is balanced and deadlines are met. Maintaining records and filing systems for contracts, invoices, project documentation, and employee records. Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication. Supporting HR functions including onboarding, training schedules, and maintaining staff records. Overseeing financial processes such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and budgeting support. Assisting with compliance requirements, including safety and workplace standards. Procuring office supplies and managing office resources. Preparing reports and correspondence as required by management. Requirements and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications At least 2-3 years' previous experience in a similar Office Manager or senior administrative role, preferably within the construction or contracting industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management and accounting software. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
