It’s aged care that truly feels like home. The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You will oversee clinical care, coordinate and review care plans, supervise and guide Personal Care Workers, and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Your leadership and compassion will contribute to a safe, positive, and empowering environment for residents and staff alike. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, resident-centred care aligned with individual needs and preferences Complete holistic assessments and develop tailored care plans Supervise, mentor, and support Personal Care Workers Deliver clinical care including wound care, medication management, and palliative care Liaise with GPs, specialists, and allied health providers Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, SIRS, and WHS requirements Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation What's in it for you?
