Your Responsibilities As the Head of Department (Curriculum), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead curriculum implementation with teams of teachers. Develop and collaboratively plan units of work that meet the learning and engagement needs of students. Support teachers through the modelling of evidence based teaching practices. Lead moderation practices across multiple junctures of planning and assessment. Lead a team of staff to provide physical and human resources for successful curriculum delivery. Work collaboratively with teachers to develop innovative responses to units of work and assessment that provides student engagement and quality assurance of teaching outcomes.
