In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional claims service, analysing policy coverage, and expertly managing the investigation, evaluation, and negotiation of a variety of cases. Your new role Stay up to date with insurance guidelines and policy changes, ensuring compliance. Resolve non-compliant issues and escalate when necessary to maintain standards. Build strong client relationships, responding to requests promptly and professionally. Process property claims, determine coverage, and ensure accurate settlements. Set reserves, authorise payments, and efficiently manage claim resolutions. Identify and report suspicious claims, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
