We are currently seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our vibrant BRAND NEW Mount Druitt centre. About the Role: As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent delivery of the highest standards to ensure the operational requirements of the service are maintained. This role holds an influential position within the service, accountable for business, relationship and financial success aligned with our values. This position is a full-time role - Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm. Ensure compliance with regulations is met and maintain high operational standards. Build strong partnerships with families and the local community. Manage budgets, occupancy, rostering, and administrative tasks efficiently to optimise the centre's performance. Work in a stimulating, contemporary environment equipped with the latest resources. Demonstrate attention to detail in keeping accurate records & evaluating programs. Guide processes and systems within the centre, adhering to the ECA Code of Ethics, specifically experience with OWNA or willingness to learn. Overseeing day-to-day centre operations, enrolments, and resource management. Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation. Supporting professional development and mentoring your team. About you: Advocate for Early Childhood and Care Bachelor’s in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Valid Employee Working with Children Check Minimum of 2 years' experience leading and managing an Early Learning Centre.
