DIVTEC Training College (DIVTEC) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that has been supporting the community through training for over 10 years. We are part of ONCALL Group Australia, a recognised industry leader in the Disability and Community Services Sector. DIVTEC provides specialised training in community care, individual support, disability and allied health. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Individual Support and Disability Trainer to join our dynamic team on a part time basis (0.4 FTE). What we can offer you: A friendly, positive and supportive team environment Access to further education to develop your skills further The opportunity to give back to the industry through training and make a real difference in people’s lives What you will do: Deliver training programs in Certificate III Individual Support and Certificate IV Disability Assess student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback and support Mentor and guide students, helping them achieve their career aspirations Mark and grade student assessments and provide constructive feedback Work with other Health and Aged Care and Disability organisations to assist students to placements and employment You will bring: Certificate IV in TAE Certificate III in Individual Support Certificate IV in Disability Previous training industry experience Passion for training and training students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Student Management Systems (training can be provided) A current driver’s license and own transport Sound Interesting?
