They are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their team in North-East Perth. Job Role and Summary: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role blends service coordination with business development. You will spend approximately two days coordinating supports for participants and three days supporting business development activities alongside the current BDM. You will work closely with participants, families, support workers and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, while also helping to grow our presence across the state. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of SIL and community-based supports Monitor participant plans, progress and outcomes to ensure goal alignment Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies Conduct regular quality reviews, identify risks and maintain safe service environments Act as the primary contact for participants, families and guardians Collaborate with support workers to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records Support existing BDM with business growth and new opportunities Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives across WA Undertake market research and competitor analysis Build and maintain referral relationships Support digital marketing and brand-building activities Assist with lead pipeline management, reporting and tracking Participate in presentations, events and campaigns Required Skills & Experience: 2–3 years working experience in the NDIS or Aged Care sector in Australia, including a strong grasp of industry-specific growth strategies. Solid understanding of NDIS regulations and compliance, including service delivery standards and ethical marketing practices in the healthcare space. Established network within the disabilities industry and Aged Care sector or related agencies. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with participants, families and external partners Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to support business growth Highly developed organisation, time management skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong communication skills with confidence preparing reports and presentations Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and performance tracking Ability to multitask and work under pressure Current drivers license Working with children check NDIS Worker Screening check Rights to work in Australia Benefits: Competitive Salary Package: Earn between $80K–$90K plus super, recognising and rewarding your expertise.
