This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service, is highly organised, and communicates clearly and warmly with guests. You’ll be responsible for carefully managing personal belongings, ensuring all items are handled with accuracy and care.

The cloak room operates from our lobby entrance alongside our on-site security team. Shifts are primarily on Friday nights and during private functions or events, so availability during these times is essential.
