About the role: This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Provide administrative and coordination support across the Building, Plumbing, Environmental Health, and City Ranger teams. Manage file flow, data entry, and documentation for permits, certificates, and compliance processes. Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the efficient use of the OneCouncil system. Assist with reporting, payments, and preparation of certificates and other official documents. What we're looking for - Skills & Experience A motivated individual eager to complete a 12-month traineeship, studying a Certificate III in Business Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic. A team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and contribute to continuous improvement within the organisation. Strong interest in developing administration, customer service, and communication skills in a professional environment.
