What You'll Be Doing: Prepare weekly debtor reports and process receipts (cheques, direct deposits, credit cards, webstore captures). Manage collections, ensuring timely payment within trading terms. Resolve escalated customer debtor disputes and maintain strong relationships. Perform account reconciliations and monitor potential bad debts. Manage "On Hold" accounts and credit applications. Provide prompt support to customer queries via phone or email. Ensure systems, procedures, and workspace are maintained to a high standard. What We're Looking For: Previous Accounts Receivable or similar experience. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
