About the Role You’ll oversee our Home & Living services in Wodonga, ensuring your team is engaged, high-performing and aligned with Aruma’s mission. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with authentic leadership will help create a supportive environment for both staff and customers. About You At least five years’ experience in a middle management role, ideally within disability services Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Individual Support or Business Management, or equivalent A strong commitment to human rights and delivering outstanding customer service Skilled in mentoring, coaching and developing high-performing teams Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire others Empathy, compassion and a genuine understanding of diverse perspectives A collaborative approach and a natural ability to bring out the best in people We welcome applications from candidates with a disability.
