What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. Manage complex and dynamic diaries, making high-judgment calls to prioritise schedules in a constantly evolving landscape. Prepare and collate sensitive information and presentation materials for executive-level meetings. Act as a key point of contact for high-level internal and external stakeholders across a matrixed organisation. Manage international travel arrangements and expenses using cloud-based tools. Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and events, from coordinating team functions to hosting visiting dignitaries. What You'll Bring: Extensive, proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-level executives. Experience within a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or similar large-scale corporate environment is highly desirable. An in-depth understanding of corporate operations, with the ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment at all times. A proactive and agile working style; you anticipate needs and can work without close supervision. The maturity and professionalism to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
