This brand-new role is all about shaping the learning experience across our business — designing, coordinating and rolling out training initiatives that help our people thrive. It’s a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at our Kyneton facility . WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Partner with leaders to identify training needs and managing the compliance requirements across different areas of the site. Manage training records, reporting, organising training and proactively identifying future needs. Support tutors operating within the site to ensure the right training is being delivered to a high standard. Ensuring all training requirements are met across the site. ABOUT YOU Passionate about learning and development and the impact you can have Highly organised with strong attention to detail, planning and analytical skills Have worked in a regulated environment – potentially within the food industry, safety or other industry with strong compliance requirements. Understanding of skills tracking, records management and reporting. Strong communicator and collaborator with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
