Your Opportunity As our new Senior Portfolio Change Manager , you’ll lead a passionate team in delivering enterprise-wide change management solutions that truly make a difference. You’ll be a key part of our EPMO (Enterprise Portfolio Management Office) at the heart of transformation, working cross-functionally to ensure change outcomes are achieved and adopted, while lifting change capability across the whole organisation. What You’ll Do Lead and Inspire: Recruit, mentor, and guide a team of Change Managers and Senior Change Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Strategic Partner: Work closely with leaders and project teams to ensure change efforts are sized, budgeted, and aligned with business objectives. Champion Change: Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and align to enterprise communication frameworks that drive high adoption rates. Enterprise Impact: Advise on and support change governance, streamline processes, and report on progress to ensure successful project outcomes. Capability Builder: Collaborate with senior leadership and the talent team to build a future-ready change talent pool and a thriving community of practice. What You’ll Bring 8 years’ experience leading enterprise change across hybrid teams, including a proven track record of leading high performing teams and delivering complex projects in diverse environments. Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills – you know how to influence, challenge, and inspire. Strong leadership and organisational decision-making abilities, with a knack for seeing the big picture and driving results. Expertise on change management methodologies, single view of change enterprise reporting and building high-performing teams. Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field combined with change management certifications. A passion for making a real difference in people’s lives. Why Anglicare?
