To learn more about who we are and what we do, visit our website: www.kilcoyglobalfoods.com ABOUT THE ROLE Manage optimal sales and operational planning activities to meet organisational targets for the KPC site whilst ensuring the efficient and effective purchase and utilisation of consumables whilst emphasising quality, workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, AQIS and other required legislative compliance. Your day-to-day impact: Drive the execution of a 21-day production plan across all cattle types for the KPC site, providing visibility to Customer Service, Sales and Logistics while supporting the key KPIs. Key relationship stakeholder between Sales and Operations team to make the best possible decisions, to instigate timely actions to resolve complex situations. Develop and maintain Weekly Master Plans for all cattle types, to be executed by site planners with the Operations team that is achievable whilst ensuring business/customers’ needs are fulfilled. Daily reconciliation and management of plan, considering production output, stock levels and updated customer sales orders. Coordinate daily with Demand planner, logistics and sales to identify issues and apply early intervention strategies while engaging inclusively with other functions to provide timely and integrated solutions to drive efficiencies. Automate functions wherever practicable utilising current systems and new technology. Develop, maintain and support production and operational planning schedules. Contribute to setting and delivering on supply chain goals and objectives, including budget planning. Ensure the optimal coordination and allocation of resources to deliver Production Planning requirements efficiently and effectively, within budget, including minimising costs. Deliver to budget, consistently reviewing and analysing Production Planning data to respond to potential and real barriers to meeting budget targets. You bring: Experience / Qualifications Required 3 year experience in Production planning Demonstrated experienced within the FMCG or Meat Industries. Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve. Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed.
