Description ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Support Analyst who will provide a crucial role in ensuring UCS’ business systems operate efficiently, securely and continue to evolve in line with organisational needs. The role is responsible for providing system support, enabling business process improvements, driving innovation and educating users across a range of technologies. This includes providing prompt and accurate issue resolution, hardware support, delivery of training across business functions and championing cyber security in the workplace. Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience supporting ERP systems eg. Dynamics Business Central and business applications including user support, training and process documentation Understanding of application development, software testing and system documentation processes Exposure to IT policies and procedures, risk management practices and compliance frameworks Understanding of cyber security best practices and implementation in a Microsoft based environment. Understanding the Microsoft Azure Stack, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365 is a must. Drivers Licence To join the UCS team, it is essential you have the following: Effective problem solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
