We’re looking for a motivated and community-minded person to step into the role of Programs and Events Officer within the Community Wellbeing team. What You’ll Do Deliver responsive, strengths-based programs and initiatives from within the Tea Tree Gully Library and wider community spaces. Build meaningful partnerships with local service providers, businesses and community groups. Support volunteers contributing to program delivery. Evaluate and improve programs using data and community feedback. Promote community participation and visibility of programs through effective marketing and engagement. Position Description - Programs and Events Officer This is a permanent part time (0.8FTE) opportunity What You’ll Bring Understanding of community development principles and a passion for improving community wellbeing. Demonstrated experience in delivering inclusive programs or services in a community setting. Demonstrated experience in digital awareness program delivery. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently. Experience working with volunteers and coordinating events or programs. Confidence using technology and data to guide decision-making. DHS Working With Children Check. South Australian Class C Driver's Licence. Why Join Us?
