We are recruiting a Refuelling Operations Supervisor , to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation. Key responsibilities: Manage a Regional team of Qualified Aviation Refuellers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of fuel to aviation platforms at RAAF Base Townsville. Lead, motivate and support the teams in the effective delivery of Aviation Refuelling Services ensuring high standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed, achieved and expected performance targets are met Ensure employee relations are well managed and no lost time to disputes through employee engagement, strong communication of key messaging and leadership integrity through consultative processes. Support and participate in key IR matters when required including Right of Entry requests, Enterprise Agreement bargaining activities Ensure robust systems are in place and maintained and that compliance with all required processes, procedures and regulations is sustained Ideal attributes The following Ideal attributes are highly desired, but if you do not tick all the boxes, you could still be a great fit.
