About the Role We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Tree Establishment & Mowing Team. While the primary focus of this role is on tree planting and establishment, the successful candidate will also contribute to a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Tree Planting: Assist in planting 1,600–2,000 trees annually across streets and reserves. Tree Maintenance: Perform formative pruning, watering, mulching, and fertilising to support healthy tree growth. Grounds Maintenance: Participate in front and mid-deck mowing, tractor cutting, and broadleaf spraying. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality outcomes and contribute to a positive team environment. Customer Service: Deliver timely, community-focused service while maintaining high operational and safety standards.
