An exciting opportunity has opened for an Executive Leader to oversee residential and care services for a leading not-for-profit organisation. About the Role: Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and transformational leadership across the organisation's residential care home portfolio, quality assurance, and central operations. This pivotal role will shape the organisation's nursing and care culture, drive clinical excellence and governance, and ensure operational and financial sustainability. You will lead innovation, the transition to small home models of care, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives that reinforce the organisation's position as a provider of choice in the aged care sector. Your Key Responsibilities: Foster a positive and supportive workplace, inspiring teams to excel and grow professionally. Lead operational, financial, and clinical performance across residential care services, ensuring sustainability and innovation. Champion clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance, promoting safety and best practice. Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver organisational strategy and transformation initiatives. Promote adoption of digital health and technology-enabled care to enhance resident experiences. What We're Looking For: 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in aged care, health, or residential services, managing multiple sites. Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with strong experience in clinical governance and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead change, empower leaders, and build high-performing teams. Strong financial acumen and proven track record delivering operational and performance outcomes. Postgraduate qualifications in health, management, or related fields highly regarded.
