We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in the Newcastle region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected brand with consistent enquiry levels, modern display homes and a supportive management team. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming clients into our display homes and creating a warm, professional first impression Guiding customers through our range of home designs, inclusions, and upgrades Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to contract signing What We're Looking For Previous experience in new home or project home sales (essential) Confident working independently in a display environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused A genuine passion for helping clients bring their dream home to life What we can offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission - OTE $250K Exclusive allocation of client leads for your display 5-day work week and supportive management team
