Our client is seeking a Master Technician to join their Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected leading automotive team. About the Role As a Master Technician, you’ll be responsible for high-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of vehicles, while also providing leadership and guidance to other technicians. You’ll play a key role in ensuring service standards remain exceptional and customers receive top-tier care. Key Responsibilities : Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles. Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, right the first time. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including vehicle cleanliness when required. Supervise and mentor apprentice technicians. Stay current with technical bulletins and attend scheduled training programs. Complete all job documentation manually and electronically. Support general workshop operations and uphold safety standards. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repair. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow technical procedures and use workshop tools responsibly. Willingness to support and guide junior team members. Annual completion of professional training standards. A proactive approach to safety and compliance with WHS regulations. Strong communication skills Diagnostic and fault-finding skills Working With the Team: You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, continuous improvement, and strong working relationships across departments.
