Position overview Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly accrued day off Location: Warrnambool Campus Classification: Administrative Grade 1 Salary Range: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 per annum, plus superannuation About the role South West Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to join our busy and supportive Day Stay Unit. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing team that plays a vital role in supporting patient care. As an ASO, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families, providing high-quality reception and administrative support. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Day Stay Unit, which manages a wide range of day procedures and infusions across 15 beds and 5 chairs. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, record-keeping, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently to support the team and patient experience.
